1. Onye ihe nāgara nke-ọma ka ọ bu, bú onye ebupuworo njehie-ya, onye ekpuchiworo nmehie-ya.

2. Onye ihe nāgara nke-ọma ka ọ bu, bú madu nke Jehova nādighi-aguru ya ajọ omume, Bú onye ọ dighi aghughọ ọ bula di na mọ-ya.

3. Mb͕e m'b͕ara nkiti, ọkpukpum nile kara nká Site n'ọb͕ub͕ọ-ujam ogologo ubọchi nile.

4. N'ihi na ehihie na abali aka-Gi di arọ̀ n'arum: Umem b͕anwere n'ihe-ikpọ-nku nke uguru. Selah

5. Anamemeri ka I mara nmehiem, ekpuchighkwam ajọ omumem: M'siri, M'gēkwuputara Jehova njehiem nile; Gi onwe-Gi bupu-kwa-ra ajọ omume nke nmehiem. Selah

6. N'ihi nka ka onye-ebere ọ bula kpere Gi na mb͕e agēji chọta Gi: N'ezie n'iju-miri nke ọtutu miri ha agaghi-eru ya aru.

7. Gi onwe-gi burum ebe-nzuzo; I gēchezim ka m'pua n'ahuhu; Iti-nkpu nke mb͕e anēme ka ab͕apu, ndia ka I gēme ka ha dim buruburu. Selah

8. M'gēme ka i nwe uche, M'gēzi kwa gi ihe n'uzọ nke i gēje ije nime ya: M'gādu gi ọdu, anyam gādikwasi kwa gi n'aru.

9. Unu adila ka inyinya, ma-ọbu dika inyinya mule, nke ọ dighi nghọta ha nwere: Agēji kwa bit na bridle, dika ihe-ekike, ijide ha, Ma emeghi otú a ha agaghi-abiaru nso gi.

10. Ọtutu ihe-nb͕u gādiri onye nēmebi iwu: Ma onye nātukwasi obi na Jehova, ebere gādi ya buruburu.

11. Ṅurianu ọṅu na Jehova, teghari-kwa-nu egwú ọṅù, unu ndi ezi omume: Ti-kwa-nu nkpu ọṅù, unu nile ndi ziri ezi n'obi.
