1. Merem amara, Chineke, merem amara; N'ihi na nime Gi ka nkpuru-obim b͕abàworo: Ọ bu kwa na ǹdò nke nkù-Gi abua ka m'gāb͕abà, Rue mb͕e ihe-ila-n'iyì ndia gāgabiga.

2. M'gākpọku Chineke Onye kachasi ihe nile elu; M'gākpọku Chineke Onye nēmezurum ihe.

3. O gēsi n'elu-igwe zìe, zọputam, Mb͕e onye nēkusi ume ike ilom nāta uta; Selah Chineke gēziputa ebere-Ya na ezi-okwu-Ya.

4. Nkpuru-obim nọ n'etiti ọdum; M'gēdina n'etiti ndi nēre ọku, Bú umu madu, ndi ezé nile ha bu ube na àkú, Ire-ha bu kwa mma-agha di nkọ.

5. Me Onwe-gi ka I di elu n'elu elu-igwe nile, Chineke; Ka ebube-Gi di elu n'elu uwa nile.

6. Ub͕u ka ha doziworo nzọ-ukwum nile; Nkpuru-obim erudawo n'ala: Ha egwuwo olùlù n'irum; Ha adabàwo n'etiti ya. Selah

7. Edoziwo obim Chineke, edoziwo obim: M'gābù abù, e, m'gābù abù ọma.

8. Teta, nsọpurum; teta, une na ubọ-akwara: M'gākpọte chi-ọbubọ.

9. M'gēkeli gi n'etiti ndi nile di iche iche, Onye-nwe-ayi: M'gābùku Gi abù ọma n'etiti mba nile.

10. N'ihi na ebere-Gi di uku rue elu-igwe, Ezi-okwu-Gi di kwa uku rue mbara-ígwé.

11. Me Onwe-gi ka I di elu n'elu elu-igwe nile, Chineke; Ka ebube-Gi di n'elu uwa nile.
