1. Mb͕e m'kpọrọ, Gi zam, Chineke nke ezi omumem; I nyewom ebe sara mbara mb͕e m'nọ na nkpà: Merem amara, nuru ekperem.

2. Umu madu, rùe ole mb͕e ka nsọpurum gāghọ itiye n'ọnọdu-ihere? Unu nāhu ihe-efu n'anya, nāchọ okwu-ugha.

3. Ma maranu na Jehova ekewaputaworo Onwe-ya onye-ebere: Jehova nānu mb͕e m'kpọkuru Ya.

4. Manu jijiji, emehie-kwa-la: Sinu otú a n'obi-unu n'elu ihe-ndina-unu, we dere du. Selah

5. Chuanu àjà ezi omume, Tukwasi-kwa-nu obi na Jehova.

6. Ọtutu madu nāsi, Ònye gēme ka ayi hu ọdi-nma? Jehova, bulie ìhè iru-Gi ka ọ mukwasi ayi.

7. I tiyewo ọṅù n'obim, Kari nke ha nwere na mb͕e ọka-ha na manya-vine ọhu ha ji aba uba.

8. N'udo ka m'gēji otù mb͕e ahu dina ala, raru ura: N'ihi na Gi onwe-gi, Jehova, nání Gi, nēme ka m'biri na ntukwasi-obi.
