1. Jehova, Abalaram nba n'iwe-Gi, Adọ-kwa-lam aka na nti n'ọnuma-Gi.

2. Merem amara, Jehova; n'ihi na onye taworo aru ka m'bu: Mem ka m'diri ndu, Jehova; n'ihi na ọkpukpum nile nāma jijiji.

3. Nkpuru-obim nāma kwa jijiji nke-uku: Ma Gi onwe-gi, Jehova, rùe ole mb͕e?

4. Lata, Jehova, dọputa nkpuru-obim: Zọputam n'ihi ebere-Gi.

5. N'ihi na ọ dighi ncheta-Gi di n'ọnwu: Nime ala-mọ ònye gēkele Gi?

6. Adọb͕uwom onwem n'ọlu n'ize-umem; Kwa-abali ka m'nēme ka ihe-ndinam se n'elu anya-mirim; Ejim anya-mirim de ihe m'ji edina.

7. Anyam emebiwo site na nkpasu-iwem dika uwe nla mebiri; Ọ kawo nká n'hi ndi-nkpab͕um nile.

8. Si n'ebe m'nọ wezuga onwe-unu, unu nile ndi nālu ajọ ihe; N'ihi na Jehova anuwo olu ákwám.

9. Jehova anuwo arirọ-amaram; Jehova gānara ekperem.

10. Ihere gēme ndi-irom nile, ha gāma kwa jijiji nke-uku: Ha gālaghachi azu, ihere gēme ha na mberede.
