1. Kumholi wokuhlabelela. Indlela: Ungachithi. Ihubo lika-Asafa. Igama. Siyakubonga, Nkulunkulu, siyabonga; igama lakho liseduze; balanda izimangaliso zakho.
2. Lapho ngiyakugcina isikhathi esimisiweyo, ngiyakwahlulela ngokulunga.
3. Umhlaba uyancibilika nabo bonke abakhe kuwo; mina ngimisile izinsika zawo. Sela
4. Ngithe kwabazidlayo: “Ningazidli,” nakwababi: “Ningaphakamisi uphondo.
5. Ningaluphakamiseli phezulu uphondo lwenu, ningajoqi ngentamo elukhuni.”
6. Ngokuba ukuphakanyiswa akuveli empumalanga nasentshonalanga nasehlane lasezintabeni,
7. kepha uNkulunkulu ungumahluleli; omunye uyamehlisa, omunye amphakamise.
8. Ngokuba esandleni seNkosi kukhona isitsha; iwayini liyakhephuza; sigcwele ngeliqungiweyo, yona iyathulula ngaso; impela bonke ababi emhlabeni bayakuyimunca inhleze yalo, bayiphuze.
9. Kepha mina ngiyakumemezela ngakho kuze kube phakade, ngidumise uNkulunkulu kaJakobe.
10. Zonke izimpondo zababi ngiyakuzinquma; kepha izimpondo zolungileyo ziyakuphakanyiswa.
