1. Kumholi wokuhlabelela. NgeNehiloti. Ihubo likaDavide. Yizwa amazwi ami, Jehova, uqaphele ukuzindla kwami.

2. Yizwa izwi lokukhala kwami, Nkosi yami, Nkulunkulu wami, ngokuba ngithandaza kuwe.

3. Jehova, ekuseni uyalizwa izwi lami; ekuseni ngiyakuzibika kuwe, ngilinde.

4. Ngokuba wena awusiye uNkulunkulu othanda okubi; omubi akanakuhlala kuwe.

5. Abazidlayo abayikuma phambi kwamehlo akho; uyabazonda bonke abenza okubi.

6. Uyabhubhisa abakhuluma amanga; uJehova uyamenyanya umuntu wegazi nowenkohliso.

7. Kepha mina ngiyakungena endlini yakho ngobuningi bomusa wakho, ngikhothame ngokukuhlonipha, ngibhekene nendawo yakho engcwele.

8. Jehova, ngihole ngokulunga kwakho ngenxa yezitha zami, ulungise indlela yakho phambi kobuso bami.

9. Ngokuba alikho iqiniso emlonyeni wabo; izibilini zabo zingukonakala: umphimbo wabo uyithuna elivulekileyo; bayathopha ngolimi lwabo.

10. Balahle ngecala, Nkulunkulu. Mabawe ngenxa yamacebo abo, ubawise ngobuningi beziphambeko zabo, ngokuba bahlubukile kuwe.

11. Kepha mabajabule bonke abathemba kuwe, bahalalise kuze kube phakade, abathanda igama lakho bethabela kuwe.

12. Ngokuba wena Jehova uyambusisa olungileyo; umphahla ngomusa njengesihlangu.
