1. UJehova uyinkosi; umhlaba mawethabe, zijabule iziqhingi eziningi. 97:1 Isaya 60:9; Zak. 9:9.

2. Amafu nobumnyama kuyamphahla; ukulunga nokwahlulela kuyisisekelo sesihlalo sakhe sobukhosi. 97:2 Eks. 19:16.

3. Umlilo uyahamba phambi kwakhe, udla izitha zakhe nxazonke. 97:3 IsAmb. 4:5.

4. Imibani yakhe ikhanyisa izwe; umhlaba uyakubona, uthuthumele.
