1. Igama lokukhuphuka. ElikaDavide. Ngajabula lapho bethi kimi: “Masiye endlini kaJehova.”

3. Jerusalema, wena owakhiwe njengomuzi ohlanganisiwe ngokuqinileyo,

4. lapho imindeni ikhuphukela khona, imindeni kaJehova, ngokomthetho ka-Israyeli ukuba idumise igama likaJehova.

5. Ngokuba kumisiwe khona izihlalo zokwahlulela, izihlalo zobukhosi zendlu kaDavide.

6. Khulekelani ukuthula kwaseJerusalema: “Abakuthandayo bayakuphumelela kahle.

7. Makube khona ukuthula phakathi kwezingange zakho, nenhlanhla ezindlini zakho zobukhosi.”

8. Ngenxa yabafowethu nabangane bethu ngizakuthi manje: “Makube khona ukuthula kuwe.”

9. Ngenxa yendlu kaJehova uNkulunkulu wethu ngiyakukufunela okuhle.
