1. Eyokubethelwa ngezinto ezineentambo. Kumongameli. Eyokuqiqa. EkaDavide: ekufikeni kwabaseZifi, bathi kuSawule, UDavide akazimele phakathi kwethu na? Thixo, ndisindise ngegama lakho, Uligwebe ityala lam ngobugorha bakho.

2. Thixo, yiva umthandazo wam; Wabekele indlebe amazwi omlomo wam.

3. Ngokuba abasemzini basukela phezulu kum, Nabanobungqwangangqwili bafuna umphefumlo wam; Abammisi uThixo phambi kwabo. (Phakamisani.)

4. Yabona, uThixo ngumncedi wam; INkosi yam ikwabasekela umphefumlo wam.

5. Uya kubuyisela ububi kwabandilalelayo; Ngenyaniso yakho babhangise.

6. Ndiya kubingelela kuwe ngokuqhutywa yintliziyo; Ndiya kubulela kwigama lakho, Yehova, kuba lilungile.

7. Ngokuba lindihlangule embandezelweni yonke; Iliso lam libonela iintshaba zam.
