1. Yabona, konke oko likubonile iliso lam, Yakuva indlebe yam, yakuqonda.

2. Njengoko nazi ngako, ndiyazi nam; Andiwi nganeno kwenu.

3. Kodwa mna ndinga ndingathetha kuSomandla, Ndifuna ukuzihlamba kuThixo.

4. Kodwa ke nina ningabadyobha ngobuxoki, Ningamagqirha angento nonke niphela.

5. Anaba benithe tu kanye; Nibe niya kuba nilumkile.

6. Khaniphulaphule ke ukuzihlamba kwam, Ukuphika komlomo wam nikubazele indlebe.

7. UThixo niya kumthethelela ngobugqwetha na, Nimthethelele ngenkohliso na?

8. Niya kumnonelela na, Niphikele uThixo na?

9. Kolunga na xa athe wanigocagoca? Ninokumgculela na, njengokuba enokugculelwa umntu?

10. Wonohlwaya inene, Ukuba nithe ngasese nanonelela umntu.

11. Ubungangamela bakhe abuyi kunidandathekisa na, Kuniwele ukunkwantyisa kwakhe?

12. Izikhumbuzo zenu yimizekeliso yothuthu; Iingqolo zenu zoba ziingqolo zodaka.

13. Yithini tu! Ndiyekeni, ukuze ndithethe, Kundihlele okundihlelayo.

14. Kungani na ukuba ndiyiphathe inyama yam ngamenyo am, Umphefumlo wam ndiwubeke ezandleni zam?

15. Yabona, nokuba uthe wandibulala, ndolindela kuye; Kodwa ndozihlamba iindlela zam ebusweni bakhe.

16. Kwaoko koba lusindiso kum: Okuba intshembenxa ingayi kuza ebusweni bakhe.

17. Yivani, nikuve ukuthetha kwam, Nengxelo yam, ngeendlebe zenu.

18. Khanibone, ndilicacisile ityala lam; Ndiyazi ukuba ndiya kugwetyelwa mna.

19. Ngubani na ke ongabambana nam? Kuba bendiya kuthi tu kaloku, ndiphume umphefumlo.

20. Kodwa izinto ezimbini musa ukuzenza kum, Ndize ndingazisithelisi ebusweni bakho:

21. Isandla sakho sise kude kum, Nesothuso sakho singandidandathekisi.

22. Biza ke, ndisabele mna; Mhlawumbi ndithethe, undiphendule.

23. Zingaphi na izenzo ezigwenxa, nezono zam? Ndazise isikreqo sam, nesono sam.

24. Yini na ukuba ubusithelise ubuso bakho, Ube ndilutshaba kuwe?

25. Uya kungcangcazelisa ugxothe igqabi eliphetshethwayo na, Usukele umququ owomileyo na?

26. Ngokuba uzibhalela kum izinto ezikrakra, Undidlisa ilifa lezenzo ezigwenxa zobutsha bam;

27. Uzifaka esitokisini iinyawo zam, Uwugqala wonke umendo wam; Uzikrwelela umda ojikelezayo izithende zeenyawo zam:

28. Mna lo, uhageleyo njengevithi, Njengengubo edliwe ngamanundu.
