ምዕራፍ 48

1. እግዚአብሔር ትልቅ ነው፤ በአምላካችን ከተማ በተቀደሰ ተራራ ምስጋናው ብዙ ነው።

2. በሰሜን ወገን በመልካም ስፍራ የቆመ የምድር ሁሉ ደስታ የጽዮን ተራራ ነው፤ እርሱም የትልቁ ንጉሥ ከተማ ነው።

3. እግዚአብሔር በአዳራሾችዋ መጠጊያ ሆኖ ይታወቃል።

4. እነሆ፥ ነገሥታት ተከማችተው በአንድነት መጥተዋል።

5. እነርሱስ አይተው ተደነቁ፥ ደነገጡ፥ ታወኩ።

6. መንቀጥቀጥ እንደ ወላድ ምጥ በዚያ ያዛቸው።

7. በኃይለኛ ነፋስ የተርሴስን መርከቦች ትሰብራለህ።

8. እንደ ሰማን እንዲሁ አየን በሠራዊት ጌታ ከተማ፥ በአምላካችን ከተማ፤ እግዚአብሔር ለዘላለም ያጸናታል።

9. አምላክ ሆይ፥ በሕዝብህ መካከል ምሕረትህን ተቀበልን።

10. አምላክ ሆይ፥ እንደ ስምህ እንዲሁም እስከ ምድር ዳርቻ ድረስ ምስጋናህ ነው፤ ቀኝህ ጽድቅን የተሞላች ናት።

11. አቤቱ፥ ስለ ፍርድህ የጽዮን ተራራ ደስ ይበለው፥ የአይሁድም ሴት ልጆች ሐሤት ያድርጉ።

12. ጽዮንን ክበቡአት፥ በዙሪያዋም ተመላለሱ፥ ግንቦችዋንም ቍጠሩ፤

13. በብርታትዋ ልባችሁን አኑሩ፤ አዳራሽዋን አስቡ፤ ለሚመጣው ትውልድ ትነግሩ ዘንድ።

14. ለዓለምና ለዘላለም ይህ አምላካችን ነው፥ እርሱም ለዘላለም ይመራናል።
