Sura 57

1. Unirehemu, Ee Mungu, unirehemu mimi, Maana nafsi yangu imekukimbilia Wewe. Nitaukimbilia uvuli wa mbawa zako, Hata misiba hii itakapopita.

2. Nitamwita MUNGU Aliye juu, Mungu anitimiziaye mambo yangu.

3. Atapeleka toka mbinguni na kuniokoa, Atukanapo yule atakaye kunimeza. Mungu atazipeleka Fadhili zake na kweli yake

4. Nafsi yangu i kati ya simba, Nitastarehe kati yao waliowaka moto. Wanadamu meno yao ni mikuki na mishale, Na ndimi zao ni upanga mkali.

5. Ee Mungu, utukuzwe juu ya mbingu, Na juu ya nchi yote uwe utukufu wako.

6. Wameweka wavu ili kuninasa miguu; Nafsi yangu imeinama; Wamechimba shimo mbele yangu; Wametumbukia ndani yake!

7. Ee Mungu, moyo wangu u thabiti, Moyo wangu u thabiti. Nitaimba, nitaimba zaburi,

8. Amka, utukufu wangu. Amka, kinanda na kinubi, Nitaamka alfajiri.

9. Ee Bwana, nitakushukuru kati ya watu, Nitakuimbia zaburi kati ya mataifa.

10. Maana fadhili zako ni kubwa hata mbinguni, Na uaminifu wako hata mawinguni.

11. Ee Mungu, utukuzwe juu ya mbingu, Na juu ya nchi yote uwe utukufu wako.
