1. زه فریاد کوم څښتن تهد رحم دپاره ورته کومه زارۍ

2. شکایتونه خپل ټول وړاندې کوم هغه تهتکلیفونه خپل ټول بیانوم هغه ته

3. کله چې روح زما کمزوری شينو ته پوهېږې چې په کومه لاره لاړ شمه زهپه هغه لاره چې روان یمه زهزما دښمنانو راته ایښی پټ دام

4. کله چې خپل شاوخوا ته وګورم زههېڅوک نه وینم چې زما کومک ته راشيهېڅ پناه ځای نه لرمنشته هېڅوک چې په ما پام وکړي

5. ای څښتنه، زه فریاد کومه تاتهځکه چې ته یې پناه ځای زماپه دې ژوند کې چې څه غواړم هغه ته یې

6. زما فریاد واوره کومک دپارهځکه چې زه خوار او زار شوی یمهماته نجات راکړه د خپلو دښمنانو څخهځکه هغوی دي ډېر قوي زما نه

7. ته مې خلاص کړه له دې زندانه څخهنو بیا به زه ستا د نامه ثنا او صفت کومهستا د نېکانو په غونډه کېځکه چې ما سره دې کړی احسان
