1. Okwu Jehova nke ruru Jeremaia, bú onye-amuma, nti bayere ndi Filistia, tutu Fero etib͕ue Geza.

2. Otú a ka Jehova siri: Le, miri nēsi n'Ugwu erú, ha gāghọ kwa miri-iyi nērubiga ókè, ha gērusa kwa ala na ùjú-ya, na obodo na ndi bi nime ya: madu ewe tie nkpu, ndi nile bi n'ala ahu gākwasi kwa ákwá ike.

3. Site n'olu ọzuzọ nke ukwu inyinya-ya nile di ebube, site na nkpọtu ub͕ọ-ala-ya, na ùzù nke wheel-ya nile, ndi bu nna eleghi anya n'azu ilekwasi umu-ha n'ihi aka kudara akuda;

4. n'ihi ubọchi ahu nke nābia ipunara ndi Filistia nile ihe-ha, ibipu na Taia na ibipu na Zaidon onye-iye-aka ọ bula nke fọduru: n'ihi na Jehova nāpunara ndi Filistia ihe, bú ndi agwe-etiti Kaftoa fọduru.

5. Nkwọcha-isi abiakwasiwo Geza; emewo ka Ashkelon dere du, bú ndi ndagwurugwu-ha fọduru: rùe ole mb͕e ka i gēbì onwe-gi mma?

6. A, gi mma-agha Jehova nwere, rùe ole mb͕e ka i gāghara idi jū? miye onwe-gi n'ọbọ-gi; doro aru ala, dere du.

7. Ì gesi aṅa di jū, ebe Jehova nyeworo gi iwu? imegide Ashkelon, na imegide ọnu-miri nke oké osimiri, n'ebe ahu ka Ọ kaworo ya.
