1. ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਪਹਾੜਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਚੁੱਕਾਂਗਾ, ਮੇਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਿੱਥੋਂ ਆਵੇਗੀ?

2. ਮੇਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੋਂ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਤੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਦਾ ਕਰਤਾ ਹੈ।

3. ਉਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਪੈਰ ਨੂੰ ਡੋਲਣ ਨਾ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ, ਤੇਰਾ ਰਾਖਾ ਨਾ ਉਂਘਲਾਵੇਗਾ,

4. ਵੇਖ, ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਰਾਖਾ ਨਾ ਉਂਘਲਾਵੇਗਾ ਨਾ ਸੌਵੇਂਗਾ!

5. ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੇਰਾ ਰਾਖਾ ਹੈ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਹੱਥ ਤੇ ਤੇਰਾ ਸਾਯਾ ਹੈ।

6. ਨਾ ਦਿਨੇ ਸੂਰਜ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਮਾਰੇਗਾ, ਨਾ ਰਾਤੀਂ ਚੰਦਰਮਾ।

7. ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਸਾਰੀ ਬਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਰੱਛਿਆ ਕਰੇਗਾ, ਉਹ ਤੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਦੀ ਰੱਛਿਅ ਕਰੇਗਾ।

8. ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਉਣ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਹੁਣ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸਦੀਪ ਕਾਲ ਤੀਕ ਰੱਛਿਆ ਕਰੇਗਾ!।
