1. ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਮੇਰੀ ਫ਼ਰਿਆਦ ਦੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਸੁਣ, ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਵੈਰੀ ਦੇ ਡਰ ਤੋਂ ਛੁਡਾ।

2. ਬਦਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਗੁਪਤ ਮਤੇ ਤੋਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਕਰਮੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਹਲ ਚਲ ਤੋਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਲੁਕਾ,

3. ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਜੀਭ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਵਾਂਙੁ ਤਿੱਖੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੌੜੇ ਬਚਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਤੀਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।

4. ਭਈ ਗੁਪਤ ਥਾਂਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਪੂਰਨ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਉੱਤੇ ਚਲਾਉਣ, ਓਹ ਅਚਾਣਕ ਚਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਡਰਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ।

5. ਓਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਬੁਰੀ ਗੱਲ ਲਈ ਤਕੜਿਆਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਓਹ ਫੰਦੇ ਲੁਕਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਉਪਾਓ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਅਤੇ ਆਖਦੇ ਹਨ, ਭਲਾ, ਕੌਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖੇਗਾ?

7. ਪਰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਅਚਾਣਕ ਤੀਰ ਚਲਾਵੇਗਾ, ਓਹ ਫੱਟੜ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ,

8. ਓਹ ਠੇਡੇ ਖਾਣਗੇ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਸਨਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੀ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ, ਸਭ ਵੇਖਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਭੱਜ ਜਾਣਗੇ।

9. ਸਾਰੇ ਆਦਮੀ ਡਰਨਗੇ, ਅਤੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਦੱਸਣਗੇ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਉੱਤੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਕਰਨਗੇ।

10. ਧਰਮੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਨੰਦ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਰਨ ਆਵੇਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਮਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
