باب 6

1. اَے خُداوند! تُو مجھے اپنے قہر میں نہ جھڑک اور اپنے غیظ وغضب میں مجھے تنبیہ نہ دے۔

2. اَے خُداوند! مجھ پر رحم کر کیونکہ میں پژ مُردہ ہو گیا ہوں۔ اَے خُداوند مجھے شفا دے کیونکہ میری ہڈیوں میں بے قراری ہے۔

3. میری جان بھی نہایت بے قرار ہے اور تُواے خُداوند! کب تک؟

4. لَوٹ اے خُداوند! میری جان کو چھُڑا۔ اپنی شفقت کی خاطر مجھے بچا لے۔

5. کیونکہ موت کے بعد تیری یاد نہیں ہوتی قبر میں کون تیری شکرگذاری کریگا؟

6. میں کراہتے کراہتے تھک گیا۔ میں اپنا پلنگ آنسوؤوں سے بھگوتا ہوں۔ ہررات میرا بستر تیرتا ہے۔

7. میری آنکھ غم کے مارے بیٹھی جاتی ہے اور میرے سب مخالفوں کے سبب سے دُھندلانے لگی۔

8. اے سب بدکردارو! میرے پاس سے دُور ہو کیونکہ خُداوند نے میرے رونے کی آواز سُن لی ہے۔

9. خُداوند نے میری مِنت سُن لی۔ خُداوند میری دُعا قبول کریگا۔

10. میرے سب دُشمن شرمندہ اور نہایت بے قرار ہونگے ۔ وہ لَوٹ جائینگے۔ وہ وفعتہً شرمندہ ہونگے۔
