باب 3

1. اِے خُداوند میرے ستانے والے کتنے بڑھ گئے! وہ جو میرے خلاف اُٹھتے ہیں بہت ہیں۔

2. بہت سے میری جان کے بارے میں کہتے ہیں کہ خُدا کی طرف سے اُس کی کمک نہ ہو گی۔ (سلاہ)

3. لیکن تُو اَے خُداوند! ہر طرف میری سِپر ہے۔ میرا فخر اور سرفراز کرنے والا۔

4. میں بلند آواز سے خُداوند کے حضُور فریاد کرتا ہوں اور وہ اپنے کوہِ مُقدس پر سے مجھے جواب دیتا ہے۔ (سلاہ):

5. میں لیٹ کر سو گیا۔ میں جاگ اُٹھا کیونکہ خُداوند مجھے سبنھالتا ہے۔

6. میں اُن دس ہزار آدمیوں سے نہیں ڈرنے کا جو گرد اگرد میرے خِلاف صف بستہ ہیں۔

7. اُٹھ اَے خُداوند! اَے میرے خُدا! مجھے بچالے! کیونکہ تُونے میرے سب دُشمنوں کو جبڑے پر مارا ہے۔ تُو نے شِریروں کے دانت توڑ ڈالے ہیں۔

8. نجات خُداوند کی طرف سے ہے۔ تیرے لوگوں پر تیری برکت ہو! (سلاہ)
