باب 142

1. میَں اپنی آواز بلند کر کے خُداوند سے فریاد کرتا ہوں۔ میَں اپنی ہی آواز سے خُداوند سے منّت کرتا ہوں۔

2. میَں اُسکے حُضُور فریاد کرتا ہوں۔ میَں اپنا دُکھ اُسکے حُضُور بیان کرتا ہوں۔

3. جب مجھ میں میری جان نڈھال تھی تُو میری راہ سے واقف تھا۔ جِس راہ پر میَں چلتا ہوں اُس میں اُنہوں نے میرے لئے پھندا لگایا ہے۔

4. دہنی طرف نگاہ کر اور دیکھ مجھے کوئے نہیں پہچانتا۔ میرے لئے کہیں پناہ نہ رہی۔ کسی کو میری جان فکر نہیں۔

5. اَے خُداوند! میَں نے تجھ سے فریاد کی ۔ میَں نے کہا تُو میری پناہ ہے اور زندوں کی زمین میں میرا بخرہ۔

6. میری فریاد پر توجہ کر کیونکہ میَں نہایت پست ہو گیا ہوں۔ میرے ستانے والوں سے مجھے رہائی بخش کیونکہ وہ مجھ سے زور آور ہیں۔

7. میری میری جان کو قید سے نِکال تاکہ تیرے نام کا شُکر کروں۔ صادق میرے گِرد جمع ہونگے۔ کیونکہ تُو مجھ پر احسان کریگا۔
