1. Jehova we gwa Moses okwu, si,

2. Gwa umu Israel okwu, si, Nwayi, mb͕e ọ gātu ime, mua nwa-nwoke, ọ gāru kwa árú ubọchi asa; dika ubọchi idi-na-nsọ nke isọ-uba-ya si di, otú a ka ọ gāru árú.

3. N'ubọchi nke-asatọ agēbì ya úgwù n'anu-aru nke api-ya.

4. Orú ubọchi na iri na atọ ka nwayi ahu gānọgide n'ọbara nke ime ya ka ọ di ọcha; ọ dighi ihe nsọ ọ bula ọ gēmetu aka, ọ gaghi-abà kwa n'ebe nsọ ahu, rue ozùzù ubọchi nile nke ime ya ka ọ di ọcha.

5. Ma ọ buru na ọ mua nwa-nwayi, ọ gāru kwa árú ízù ubọchi asa abua, dika n'idi-na-nsọ-ya; ọ bu kwa ọgu ubọchi atọ na isi ka ọ gānọgide n'ọbara nke ime ya ka ọ di ọcha

6. N'ozuzù ubọchi nile nke ime ya ka ọ di ọcha bayere nwa-nwoke, ma-ọbu bayere nwa-nwayi, ọ gēwetara onye-nchu-àjà nwa-aturu nke b͕ara otù arọ ka ọ buru àjà-nsure-ọku, na nwa-kpalakwu-kwu, ma-ọbu nduru, ka ọ buru àjà-nmehie, rue ọnu-uzọ nke ulo-ikwū nzute:

7. ọ gēweta kwa ya nso n'iru Jehova, kpuchiere ya nmehie-ya; agēme kwa ya ka ọ di ọcha site n'isi ọbara-ya. Nka bu iwu nke nwayi nke nāmu nwa, ma ọ bu nwoke ma-ọbu nwayi.

8. Ma ọ buru na aka-ya erughi ihe gēzù nwa-aturu, ọ gēwere-kwa nduru abua ma-ọbu umu-kpalakwukwu abua; otù ka ọ buru àjà-nsure-ọku, ibe-ya ka ọ buru kwa àjà-nmehie: onye-nchu-àjà gēkpuchi-kwa-ra ya nmehie-ya, agēme kwa ya ka ọ di ọcha.
