2. Bilie, jerue Nineve, bú obodo uku ahu, kpọsara ya nkpọsa ahu nke Mu onwem nāgwa gi.
3. Jona we bilie, jerue Nineve, dika okwu Jehova si di. Ma Nineve bu obodo di uku ri nne, ije nke ubọchi atọ.
4. Jona we malite ibà n'obodo ije nke otù ubọchi, o we kpọsa, si, Ọ fọduru ọgu ubọchi abua, ewe kwatue Nineve.
5. Ndi Nineve we kwere na Chineke; ha we kpọsa obubu-ọnu, yiri ákwà-nkpe, site n'onye uku ha we rue onye ntà ha.
6. Okwu ahu we rute eze Nineve aru, ọ we si n'oche-eze-ya bilie, yipu uwe-nwuda-ya n'aru ya, kpuchie onwe-ya n'ákwà-nkpe, nọkwasi na ntu.
7. O we tie nkpu, kwusa nime Nineve site n'iwu eze na ndi uku ya, si, Ka madu na anumanu, ma ìgwè ehi ma ìgwè ewu na aturu, ghara idetu ihe ọ bula n'ọnu: ka ha ghara izù onwe-ha, ghara kwa iṅu miri:
8. ma ka ha kpuchie onwe-ha n'ákwà-nkpe, ma madu ma anumanu, ka ha kpọkusi kwa Chineke ike: ka ha chighari kwa, onye ọ bula ya pua n'uzọ ọjọ ya, na n'ihe-ike nke di n'ọbu-aka-ha.
9. Ònye mara? eleghi anya Chineke gēchighari, chègharia uche, si n'iwe-Ya di ọku chigharia, ka ayi we ghara ila n'iyì.
10. Chineke we hu ọlu nile ha, na ha siri n'uzọ ọjọ ha chigharia; Chineke we chègharia uche bayere ihe ọjọ ahu, nke O kwuru, si na Ọ gēme ha; O meghi kwa ya.
