Κεφάλαιο 43

1. ΘΕΕ, κρίνε με, και δίκασε τη δίκη μου ενάντια σε ανόσιο έθνος· ελευθέρωσέ με από άνθρωπο απάτης και ανομίας·

2. επειδή, εσύ είσαι ο Θεός τής δύναμής μου· γιατί με απέβαλες; Γιατί περπατάω σκυθρωπός από την κατάθλιψη του εχθρού;

3. Στείλε το φως σου και την αλήθεια σου· αυτά ας με οδηγούν· ας με φέρουν στο βουνό τής αγιότητάς σου, και στα σκηνώματά σου.

4. Τότε, θα μπω μέσα στο θυσιαστήριο του Θεού, στον Θεό, την ευφροσύνη τής αγαλλίασής μου· και θα σε δοξολογώ με κιθάρα, ω Θεέ, ο Θεός μου.

5. Γιατί είσαι περίλυπη, ψυχή μου; Και γιατί ταράζεσαι μέσα μου; Έλπισε στον Θεό· επειδή, ακόμα θα τον υμνώ· αυτός είναι η σωτηρία τού προσώπου μου, και ο Θεός μου.
