Luku 61

1. Kuule, Jumala, minun huutoni, huomaa minun rukoukseni.

2. (61:3) Maan ääristä minä sinua huudan, kun sydämeni nääntyy. Saata minut kalliolle, joka on minulle liian korkea.

3. (61:4) Sillä sinä olet minun turvapaikkani, vahva torni vihollista vastaan.

4. (61:5) Suo minun asua sinun majassasi iankaikkisesti, turvautua sinun siipiesi suojaan. Sela.

5. (61:6) Sillä sinä, Jumala, kuulet minun lupaukseni, sinä annat perinnön niille, jotka sinun nimeäsi pelkäävät.

6. (61:7) Sinä lisäät kuninkaalle päiviä päiviin; hänen vuotensa jatkukoot polvesta polveen.
