فصل 96

1. زمین خداوند را بسرایید!

2. خداوند را بسرایید و نام او را متبارک خوانید! روز به روز نجات او را اعلام نمایید.

3. در میان امّت‌ها جلال او را ذکر کنید و کارهای عجیب او را در جمیع قومها.

4. زیرا خداوند عظیم است و بی‌نهایت حمید. و او مهیب است بر جمیع خدایان.

5. زیراجمیع خدایانِ امّت‌ها بتهایند، لیکن یهوه آسمانها را آفرید.

6. مجد و جلال به حضور وی است و قوّت و جمال در قدس وی.

7. ای قبایل قوم ها خداوند را توصیف نمایید! خداوند را به جلال و قوّت توصیف نمایید!

8. خداوند را به جلال اسم او توصیف نمایید! هدیه بیاورید و به صحنهای او بیایید!

9. خداوند را در زینت قدوسیّت بپرستید! ای تمامی زمین از حضور وی بلرزید!

10. در میان امّت‌ها گویید خداوند سلطنت گرفته است. ربع مسکون نیز پایدار شد و جنبش نخواهد خورد. قومها را به انصاف داوری خواهد نمود.

11. آسمان شادی کند و زمین مسرور گردد. دریا و پری آن غرش نماید.

12. صحرا و هر چه در آن است، به وجد آید. آنگاه تمام درختان جنگل ترنم خواهند نمود

13. به حضور خداوند زیرا که می‌آید، زیرا که برای داوری جهان می‌آید. ربع مسکون را به انصاف داوری خواهد کرد و قومها را به امانت خود.
