1. ದೇವರಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಮೂರ್ಖನು ತನ್ನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಅವರು ಕೆಟ್ಟುಹೋಗಿ ಅಸಹ್ಯವಾದ ಅಪರಾಧವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಒಳ್ಳೇದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವವನು ಯಾವನೂ ಇಲ್ಲ.

2. ದೇವರನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುವ ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತನು ಇದ್ದಾನೋ ಎಂದು ನೋಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ದೇವರು ಆಕಾ ಶದಿಂದ ಮನುಷ್ಯರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ದೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿ ನೋಡಿದಾಗ

3. ಎಲ್ಲರು ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಹೊಲೆಯಾಗಿ ದ್ದಾರೆ. ಒಳ್ಳೇದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವವನು ಇಲ್ಲ, ಒಬ್ಬನಾ ದರೂ ಇಲ್ಲ.

4. ರೊಟ್ಟಿತಿನ್ನುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನನ್ನ ಜನರನ್ನು ತಿಂದು ದೇವರನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸದೆ ಅಪರಾಧಮಾಡುವವರು ಅರಿ ಯರೋ?

5. ಭಯವಿಲ್ಲದಿರುವಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಭಯ ಭ್ರಾಂತರಾದರು; ನಿನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ದಂಡು ಇಳಿ ಸುವವನ ಎಲುಬುಗಳನ್ನು ದೇವರು ಚದರಿಸಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟಿ ದ್ದಾನೆ. ನೀನು ಅವರನ್ನು ನಾಚಿಕೆಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದೀ; ದೇವರು ಅವರನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

6. ಚೀಯೋನಿನಿಂದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯು ಬಂದರೆ ಎಷ್ಟೋ ಒಳ್ಳೇದು. ದೇವರು ತನ್ನ ಜನರನ್ನು ಸೆರೆಯಿಂದ ತಿರುಗಿ ಬರಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಯಾಕೋಬನು ಉಲ್ಲಾಸಿಸುವನು, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲನು ಸಂತೋಷಿ ಸುವನು.
