অধ্যায় 129

1. সারা জীবন ধরে আমার অনেক শত্রু ছিলো| হে ইস্রায়েল, আমাকে ঐ শত্রুদের সম্পর্কে বল|

2. সারা জীবন ধরে আমার অনেক শত্রু ছিলো| কিন্তু তারা কখনই জয়ী হয় নি|

3. আমার পিঠে গভীর ক্ষত না হওয়া পর্য়ন্ত তারা আমায় মেরেছিল| আমার দীর্ঘ গভীর ক্ষত হয়েছিল|

4. কিন্তু মঙ্গলময় প্রভু দড়ি কেটে দিয়েছিলেন| আমাকে ঐ মন্দ লোকদের হাত থেকে মুক্ত করেছিলেন|

5. যারা সিয়োনকে ঘৃণা করতো তারা পরাজিত হয়েছে| য়ুদ্ধ থামিযে দিয়ে ওরা দৌড়ে পালিয়ে গেছে|

6. ঐ লোকগুলো ছাদের ওপর জন্মান ঘাসের মত| সেই ঘাস বেড়ে ওঠার আগেই মারা যায়|

7. কজন শ্রমিক সেই ঘাস থেকে এক মুঠো দানাও পায় না| এক গাদা দানার জন্য সেখানে য়থেষ্ট ছিল না|

8. পাশ দিয়ে যাওয়ার সময় কোনও লোকে বলবে না “প্রভু তোমায় আশীর্বাদ করুন|” ওদের অভিনন্দন জানিয়ে লোকে বলবে না, “প্রভুর নামে আমরা তোমায় আশীর্বাদ করি|”
