1. “প্রভু, আমার অসংখ্য শত্রু| বহু লোক আমার বিরুদ্ধে চলে গেছে|

2. বহু লোক আমার বিরুদ্ধে মন্দ কথা বলছে| তারা বলছে, “ঈশ্বর ওকে রক্ষা করবেন না!”

3. কিন্তু হে প্রভু, আপনিই আমার ঢালস্বরূপ| আপনি আমার গৌরব| প্রভু আপনি আমাকে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ করেছেন!

4. আমি প্রভুর কাছে প্রার্থনা করবো| পবিত্র পর্বত থেকে তিনি আমার ডাকে সাড়া দেবেন!

5. আমি শুয়ে পড়ি এবং বিশ্রাম নিই এবং আমি জানি, আবার আমি জেগে উঠবো| কেন? কারণ প্রভু আমায় আবৃত করে থাকেন| প্রভু আমায় রক্ষা করেন!

6. যদি হাজার সৈন্যও আমায় ঘিরে ফেলে, আমি ঐ শত্রুদের ভয়ে ভীত হব না!

7. প্রভু, উঠে দাঁড়ান|হে আমার ঈশ্বর, আপনি এসে আমায় উদ্ধার করুন! আপনি অসীম শক্তির অধিকারী! আমার শত্রুদের চোযালে আপনি যদি আঘাত করেন আপনি তাদের সবকটা দাঁতই ভেঙে দেবেন|

8. হে প্রভু, আপনার জয়! এবং আপনার আশীর্বাদ রয়েছে আপনার লোকদের ওপর|
