1. সাহায্যের জন্য আমি পাহাড়ের দিকে তাকিযে থাকি| কিন্তু প্রকৃতপক্ষে আমার সাহায্য কোথা থেকে আসবে?

2. আমার সাহায্য প্রভুর কাছ থেকে আসবে, য়ে প্রভু স্বর্গ ও পৃথিবীর সৃষ্টিকর্তা|

3. ঈশ্বর তোমার পতন ঘটাতে দেবেন না| তোমার রক্ষাকর্তা ঘুমিযে পড়বেন না|

4. ইস্রায়েলের রক্ষাকর্তা কখনও ঘুমোন না| ঈশ্বর কখনও নিদ্রা যান না|

5. প্রভুই তোমার রক্ষাকর্তা| তাঁর মহত্‌ শক্তি দিয়ে তিনি তোমায় রক্ষা করেন|

6. দিনের বেলায় সূর্য় তোমায় আঘাত করতে পারে না| রাতের বেলায় চাঁদ তোমায় আঘাত করতে পারে না|

7. সকল বিপদ থেকে প্রভু তোমায় রক্ষা করবেন| প্রভু তোমার আত্মাকে রক্ষা করবেন|

8. যখনই তুমি আসবে এবং যাবে তখন প্রভু তোমায় সাহায্য করবেন| প্রভু তোমাকে এখন এবং চিরদিন সাহায্য করবেন!
