فصل 129

1. چه بسیار از طفولیّتم مرا اذیّت رسانیدند. اسرائیل الآن بگویند،

2. چه بسیار از طفولیّتم مرا اذیّت رسانیدند. لیکن بر من غالب نیامدند.

3. شیار کنندگان بر پشت من شیار کردند، و شیارهای خود را دراز نمودند.

4. امّا خداوند عادل است و بندهای شریران را گسیخت.

5. خجل و برگردانیده شوند همهٔ کسانی که از صهیون نفرت دارند.

6. مثل گیاه بر پشتبامها باشند، که پیش از آن که آن را بچینند میخشکد.

7. که درونده دست خود را از آن پر نمی‌کند و نه دسته بند آغوش خود را.

8. و راه‌گذران نمی‌گویند برکت خداوند بر شما باد. شما را به نام خداوند مبارک می‌خوانیم.
