1. Israel, laghachikute Jehova, bú Chineke-gi; n'ihi na i suwo ngọngọ site n'ajọ omume-gi.

2. Chirinu okwu n'aka-unu laghachikute Jehova: sinu Ya, Bupu ajọ omume nile ayi, nara ezi ihe: ayi ewe kwughachi eb͕ub͕ere-ọnu-ayi, dika oke-ehi.

3. Asiria agaghi-azọputa ayi; ọ bughi n'elu inyinya ka ayi gānọkwasi: ayi agaghi-asi kwa ọlu aka-ayi ọzọ, Chi-ayi ka unu bu: n'ihi na ọ bu nime Gi ka nwa-nb͕ei nāchọta obi-ebere.

4. M'gāgwọ ndaghachi-azu-ha, M'gāhu ha n'anya n'afọ-ofufo: n'ihi na iwem esiwo n'aru ya chigharia.

5. M'gādiri Israel dika igirigi, ọ gāma ifuru dika urodi, b͕asa nkpọrọgwu-ya nile dika Lebanon.

6. Ome-ya nile gāwasa, ima-nma-ya gādi kwa ka osisi olive, ísì ọma o nēsì gādi ka Lebanon.

7. Ndi bi n'okpuru ǹdò-ya gālata, me ka ọka di ndu, ha gāma ifuru dika osisi vine: ihe-ncheta-ya gādi ka manya-vine nke Lebanon.

8. Efraim gāsi, Gini ka mu na arusi di iche iche nwekọrọ ọzọ? Mu onwem azawo, M'gēlegide kwa ya anya: mu onwem di ka osisi di ndu; esi nam chọta nkpuru-gi.

9. Ònye bu onye-amam-ihe? ọ gāghọta kwa ihe ndia; ònye bu onye-nghọta? ọ gāma kwa ha. N'ihi na uzọ nile nke Jehova ziri ezi, ndi ezi omume gēje kwa ije nime ha; ma ndi-njehie gāsu ngọngọ nime ha.
