1. Isihlabo awasibonayo uHabhakuki umprofeti.
2. Kunini na, Yehova, ndizibika, ungeva; ndikhala kuwe ndisithi, Ugonyamelo, ungasindisi?
3. Yini na ukuba undikhangelise ubutshinga, ukondele okubi? Yimbuqo nogonyamelo phambi kwam; kukho ubambano, kuphakame ingxabano.
4. Ngenxa yoko uyekelelwe umyalelo, ukuze kungaveli naphakade okusesikweni; kuba abangendawo bayawarhawula amalungisa; ngenxa yoko okusesikweni kuphuma kujikekile.
5. Khangelani phakathi kweentlanga, nondele, ningakhulumi nokukhuluma; ngokuba ndiya kusebenza umsebenzi ngemihla yenu, eningayi kukholwa nguwo, nokuba niyawubaliselwa.
6. Kuba, yabonani, ndixhoxha amaKaledi, uhlanga olulugcalagcala, oluyintshakavula; oluhamba nobubanzi behlabathi, ukuze luhluthe amakhaya angewalo.
7. Luyadengisa, luyoyikeka; kuphuma kwakulo okusesikweni kwalo, nokuphakama kwalo.
8. Anamendu ngaphezu kwezingwe amahashe alo, aqubula ngaphezu kweengcuka zangokuhlwa. Bayaphalisa abamahashe balo; abamahashe balo beza bevela kude, bee tshwebelele njengexhalanga elikhawulezayo ukuza kudla.
9. Bonke bephela beza ngokugonyamela; ubuso babo buzamela phambili; bahlanganisa abathinjwa njengentlabathi.
10. Bona bacukuceza ookumkani, nezidwangube ziyintlekisa kubo; bona bayazihleka iinqaba zonke; bafumba uthuli, bazithi hlasi.
11. Baya kwandula bakhukule ngokomoya, badlule, bazeke ityala; la mandla abe nguthixo wabo.
12. Wena akunguye na owasusela kwakumandulo, Yehova, Thixo wam, ungoyiNgcwele wam? Asiyi kufa. Yehova, ubamisele ukuba bagwebe; Liwa, ubaseke ukuba bohlwaye.
13. Wena ungomehlo ahlambulukileyo, ukuba angayikhangeli into embi, ukuba ungabi nakukondela okubi; ubondele ngani na ke abanginizi, ukuba uthi cwaka njeongendawo emginya olilungisa kunaye?
14. Ulwenze ke uluntu lwanjengeentlanzi zaselwandle, njengezinambuzane ezingenamlawuli.
15. Bonke bephela babanyusa ngeqherhu labo; babaqweqwedisa ngomnatha wabo, babahlanganise ngomnathakazi wabo; ngenxa yoko bayavuya, bagcobe.
16. Ngenxa yoko babingelela kumnatha wabo, baqhumisele kumnathakazi wabo; kuba sityebe ngezo zinto isahlulo sabo, nokudla kwabo kwaba ngamanqatha ngazo.
17. Baya kuwukhuphela na ngenxa yoko umnatha wabo, bahlale bebulala iintlanga, bangacongi na?
