1. အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်အော်ဟစ်ခြင်းကို နားထောင်၍ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ပဌနာစကားကို မှတ်တော်မူပါ။

2. စိတ်နှလုံးညှိုးငယ်လျက် မြေကြီးစွန်းမှ ကိုယ်တော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်အော်ဟစ်ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်အထက်၌ မြင့်သော ကျောက်သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ပို့ဆောင်တော်မူပါ။

3. ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ခိုလှုံရာ၊ ရန်သူတို့ရှေ့မှာ ခိုင်ခံ့သော ရဲတိုက်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။

4. တဲတော်၌ အစဉ်နေပါမည်။ အတောင်တော်ဖုံးအုပ်ရာ၌ ခိုလှုံပါမည်။

5. အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ပြုသော သစ္စာဂတိတို့ကို ကြားတော်မူ၏။ နာမတော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့သော သူတို့၏အမွေကို အကျွန်ုပ်အား ပေးတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။

6. ရှင်ဘုရင်၏ အသက်နေ့ရက်ကာလကို ရှည်စေတော်မူ၍၊ နှစ်စဉ်မပြတ် နိစ္စထာဝရ တည်ပါစေသော။

7. ဘုရားသခင် ရှေ့တော်၌ အနန္တကာလပတ်လုံး နေတော်မူစေသတည်း။ ကရုဏာနှင့် သစ္စာတော်သည် သူ့ကို စောင့်မစေသတည်း။

8. သို့ဖြစ်၍ နေ့ရက်အစဉ်အတိုင်း သစ္စာဝတ်ကို ဖြေခြင်းငှါ၊ နာမတော်ကို အစဉ်အမြဲ ထောမနာသီချင်း ဆိုပါလေအံ့သတည်း။
