1. Боже Ти Бог мій, я шукаю від рання Тебе, душа моя прагне до Тебе, тужить тіло моє за Тобою в країні пустельній і вимученій без води…

2. (63-3) Я так приглядався до Тебе в святині, щоб бачити силу Твою й Твою славу,

3. (63-4) ліпша бо милість Твоя над життя, й мої уста Тебе прославляють!

4. (63-5) Так я буду в житті своїм благословляти Тебе, ради Ймення Твого буду руки свої підіймати!

5. (63-6) Насичується, ніби лоєм і товщем, душа моя, а уста мої хвалять губами співними.

6. (63-7) Як згадаю Тебе на постелі своїй, розмишляю про Тебе в сторожах нічних:

7. (63-8) що став Ти на поміч для мене, в тіні ж Твоїх крил я співатиму!

8. (63-9) Пригорнулась до Тебе душа моя, правиця Твоя підпирає мене.

9. (63-10) Вороги ж мою душу шукають для згуби, нехай западуться до споду землі,

10. (63-11) нехай помордовані будуть мечем, бодай стали шакалам поживою!

11. (63-12) А цар звеселиться у Бозі, буде хвалений кожен, хто йому присягає, будуть бо замкнені уста лжемовцям!
