1. ਅਹਸ਼ਵੇਰੋਸ਼ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਰ ਲਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਟਾਪੂਆਂ ਤੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਣ, ਦੂਰ-ਦੁਰਾਡੇ ਵਸਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਵੀ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਵਸੂਲ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

2. ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਅਹਸ਼ਵੇਰੋਸ਼ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ 'ਪਰਸੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਦੀ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਇਤਹਾਸ ਦੀ ਪੋਥੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਅਤੇ ਮਾਰਦਕਈ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਰਾਜੇ ਨੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਤਰਕ੍ਕੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਦਾ ਵਿਵਰਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੋਥੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ।

3. ਯਹੂਦੀ ਮਾਰਦਕਈ ਅਹਸ਼ਵੇਰੋਸ਼ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਜੇ ਰੁਤਬੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਣ ਹਸਤੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੇ ਯਹੂਦੀ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਦਰ-ਮਾਣ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ। ਉਹ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਤਤ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਲਾਈ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਸਾਰੇ ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਲਿਆਇਆਂ।
