1. 主よ、あなたの怒りをもって、わたしを責めず、あなたの激しい怒りをもって、わたしを懲らしめないでください。
2. 主よ、わたしをあわれんでください。わたしは弱り衰えています。主よ、わたしをいやしてください。わたしの骨は悩み苦しんでいます。
3. わたしの魂もまたいたく悩み苦しんでいます。主よ、あなたはいつまでお怒りになるのですか。
4. 主よ、かえりみて、わたしの命をお救いください。あなたのいつくしみにより、わたしをお助けください。
5. 死においては、あなたを覚えるものはなく、陰府においては、だれがあなたをほめたたえることができましょうか。
6. わたしは嘆きによって疲れ、夜ごとに涙をもって、わたしのふしどをただよわせ、わたしのしとねをぬらした。
7. わたしの目は憂いによって衰え、もろもろのあだのゆえに弱くなった。
8. すべて悪を行う者よ、わたしを離れ去れ。主はわたしの泣く声を聞かれた。
9. 主はわたしの願いを聞かれた。主はわたしの祈をうけられる。
10. わたしの敵は恥じて、いたく悩み苦しみ、彼らは退いて、たちどころに恥をうけるであろう。
