章 124
1. 今、イスラエルは言え、主がもしわれらの方におられなかったならば、
2. 人々がわれらに逆らって立ちあがったとき、主がもしわれらの方におられなかったならば、
3. 彼らの怒りがわれらにむかって燃えたったとき、彼らはわれらを生きているままで、のんだであろう。
4. また大水はわれらを押し流し、激流はわれらの上を越え、
5. さか巻く水はわれらの上を越えたであろう。
6. 主はほむべきかな。主はわれらをえじきとして彼らの歯にわたされなかった。
7. われらは野鳥を捕えるわなをのがれる鳥のようにのがれた。わなは破れてわれらはのがれた。
8. われらの助けは天地を造られた主のみ名にある。
