1. जब यहोवा सिय्योन से लौटने वालों को लौटा ले आया, तब हम स्वप्न देखने वाले से हो गए।
2. तब हम आनन्द से हंसने और जयजयकार करने लगे; तब जाति जाति के बीच में कहा जाता था, कि यहोवा ने, इनके साथ बड़े बड़े काम किए हैं।
3. यहोवा ने हमारे साथ बड़े बड़े काम किए हैं; और इस से हम आनन्दित हैं॥
4. हे यहोवा, दक्खिन देश के नालों की नाईं, हमारे बन्धुओं को लौटा ले आ!
5. जो आंसू बहाते हुए बोते हैं, वे जयजयकार करते हुए लवने पाएंगे।
6. चाहे बोने वाला बीज ले कर रोता हुआ चला जाए, परन्तु वह फिर पूलियां लिए जयजयकार करता हुआ निश्चय लौट आएगा॥
