Mezmurlar 20

Bölüm 20

1. Sıkıntılı gününde RAB seni yanıtlasın, Yakup'un Tanrısı'nın adı seni korusun!

2. Yardım göndersin sana kutsal yerden, Siyon'dan destek versin.

3. Bütün tahıl sunularını* anımsasın, Yakmalık sunularını* kabul etsin! *

4. Gönlünce versin sana, Bütün tasarılarını gerçekleştirsin!

5. O zaman zaferini sevinç çığlıklarıyla kutlayacağız, Tanrımız'ın adıyla sancaklarımızı dikeceğiz. RAB senin bütün dileklerini yerine getirsin.

6. Şimdi anladım ki, RAB meshettiği* kralı kurtarıyor, Sağ elinin kurtarıcı gücüyle Kutsal göklerinden ona yanıt veriyor.

7. Bazıları savaş arabalarına, Bazıları atlarına güvenir, Bizse Tanrımız RAB'be güveniriz.

8. Onlar çöküyor, düşüyorlar; Bizse kalkıyor, dimdik duruyoruz.

9. Ya RAB, kralı kurtar! Yanıtla bizi sana yakardığımız gün!
