1. योसेफच्या वंशजांच्या वाटचाची जमीन अशी: तिची हद्द यरीहो जवळ यार्देन नदी पासून सुरु होते व यरीहोच्या पूर्वेकडील जलाशयापर्यंत जाते. तेथून ती बेथेलच्या डोंगराळ प्रदेशापर्यंत चढत जाते.
2. मग ती बेथेल (लूज) पासून अकर्लोकांची सीमा अटारोथ येथपर्यंत जाते.
3. मग ती पश्चिमेला वळून यफलेटी लोकांच्या सीमेजवळून लोअर बेथ-होरोन जवळ व तेथून गेजेर कडून भूमध्य समुद्राशी येऊन ठेपते.
4. योसेफची मुले : मनश्शे व एफ्राईम यांच्या वंशजांना मिळालेली जमीन अशी :
5. एफ्राईमचा वाटा; अप्पर-बेथ-होरोन जवळच्या अटारोथ अद्दार येथे पूर्वेकडील हद्द सूरु होते.
6. मिखथाथ जवळ पश्चिम हद्द सुरु होते. पूर्वेला ती तानथशिलोजवळ वळून तशीच पुढे पूर्वेकडे यानोहा येथपर्यंत जाते.
7. यानोहापासून अटारोथ व नारा येथपासून खाली येऊन यरीहोला पोचून यार्देन नदीशी थांबते.
8. तप्पूहापासून ही सीमा पश्चमेला काना ओढ्यापर्यंत जाते व समुद्राशी तिचा शेवट होतो. ही एफ्राईमच्या लोकांना दिलेली जमीन सर्व कुळांना त्यात वाटा मिळाला.
9. एफ्राईमाची हद्दीलगतची बरीचशी गावे तशी मनश्शेच्या हद्दीतील होती. पण एफ्राईम लोकांना ती मिळाली.
10. तथापी, गेजेर मध्ये राहणाऱ्या कनानी लोकांना ते घालवू शकले नाहीत. तेव्हा कनानी लोक अजूनही एफ्राईम लोकांमध्येच राहतात. व ते एफ्राईम लोकांचे दास झाले.
